According to the city of Tyler permit website, a second Chipotle restaurant will be built in the Village at Cumberland Park in Tyler. The permit for the upcoming location was approved Aug.
The regional Broadway Square Mall is conveniently located at 4601 South Broadway Avenue, at the corner of South Broadway Avenue (U.S. Highway 69) and Loop 323, and contains dozens of stores and dining options.
The 6.5 acre park includes an outdoor amphitheater, which accommodates approximately 1,200 people for events. About the Park
